Started a barbecue team with some buddies who have been smoking for a long while and we took this weekend while most of the Ives were out of town to practice. These have been on for 5 hours now. Will post an update when finished.

Nice and Congrats! I’ve gotten pretty good at Ribs and Steaks but haven’t tried chicken or brisket yet on the smoker I bought.
Here is my last attempt:

Good luck at the competition! A couple of buddies and I did one a few years back and it was the most fun I’ve had in a long time. (Our Brisket placed 3rd out of 80 entrants)
I’m slowly putting together an outdoor kitchen. Each grill has a specific use. The only one missing is the one you have with the fire box and a “cold” smoker.

Yeah this is small scale feeding 6judges but those 5-6 ribs get constant attention all the time.

We’re in Nashville! We have to get good at brisket, ribs, pork, and chicken in order to actually be competitive for the KCBS we’re competing in next month.
